Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange any unworn or unwashed merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a refund less shipping to the original form of payment. The merchandise must be unworn and have all tags and be in the original packaging.
Items sold on sale or at a discount cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please use an insured shipping method with a tracking number to return your item, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
We do not accept COD returns. You will also receive an email once your return as been processed (make sure to check your spam folder). Once processed, please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.
Please allow 30-45 days from the time your package is received for it to be processed by our returns department. Once your package has been received and processed, you will be notified of your return. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US.
Please provide current contact information as well as the order number, name of the purchaser and shipping address so we are able to locate the original order.
